Aggie Pet Zone

I recently discovered Aggie Pet Zone. My dog, Lola, is almost 10 years old and has never been boarded. I'm going out of town for a few days and my friends who usually take care of her will also be out of town. I called APZ and spoke to Shannon. She invited me for a tour of their facility and then I spoke to her about my concerns in boarding Lola. She suggested that I board Lola for a few half-days to see if she would become accustomed to new surroundings.

Lola did great at the half-day boarding. Shannon and the rest of the staff took such good care of her. One of my concerns was that Lola wouldn't eat while being boarded. Shannon enticed her with some canned turkey and that did the trick. It is a HUGE relief to me that Shannon and the others take care of the dogs and cats as if they were their own pets.

APZ is a beautiful facility, clean and the animals I saw were happy. I have told several coworkers about APZ and would recommend to anyone that if they have to go out of town, APZ is THE place to board your pets and you will feel secure knowing your pets are in good hands.

We are very impressed with Aggie Pet Zone and their staff.  Kipp (our spunky Jack Russell) loves to stay at APZ and enjoys having fun with the staff and other dogs.  He especially likes dog play care where he gets to run with his dog friends and play with his favorite tennis ball!  Although we miss him, we are very comfortable leaving him for a week of boarding because we know he's in good hands.  Not only is APZ a great place for boarding, grooming, and dog play care, it's also where we choose to purchase pet food and supplies.  We have experience working with Shannon and Dottie to select the perfect food for Kipp and our cats...both are very helpful and knowledgeable about the product lines they carry at APZ.  Shannon also has a special gift for training.  She worked with my parent's Jack Russell, Murphy, who lacked proper socialization as a puppy and acted aggressively toward other animals.  Within less than two weeks, Murphy was learning how to be friends with Kipp...and amazing feat!  We can't say enough about this facility and staff.  Extra special thanks to Shannon for always going above and beyond to answer all our questions and take wonderful care of Kipp!!!

I would just like to say that peace of mind is what I get when I know that Princess is being taken care of by the folks at the Pet Zone. I work half way around the world and a friend takes care of my dog while I'm gone. She suggested Aggie Pet Zone and Princess just loves it there, and of course they love her too. Also, Dottie's care is next to none, better than the vet I use in Houston. Thanks, Dottie, Shannonn and the rest of y'all for you paitence with me and taking good care of Princess.

This community has needed a facility of this magnitude for a long time. The doggie day care is a dream come true for my dog. He is very high energy and is always bouncing off the wall. He has been going to the day care for a couple of weeks and I can already see a difference in him. He loves playing with all the other dogs. When he comes home he is actually tired. Something I did not know he was capable of. Thanks Shannon and Aggie Pet Zone.
